The Squibb House by Ted Harpainter
The Squibb House, here bedecked in seasonal finery, was
built in 1876 and is on the National Register of Historic
Places. From 1953 to the early '80's it was the home of
beloved community activists Paul and Louise Squibb. It is now
a meticulously restored bed and breakfast inn on Cambria's
Burton Drive.
Cambrian artist Ted Harpainters's focus is in
recording the vanishing scene of the California landscape. Ted has
received numerous awards in major juried art shows, and his
paintings are in private collections in the United States and
abroad. Contact Ted Harpainter at Aquarius Gallery, 4210 Bridge
Street #7, Cambria, CA 93428
