Our Show

Our show is a one ring circus. Our show has live music, beautiful wardrobes and professional entertaining acts and is geared towards entertaining families. Our circus features clowns, jugglers, fire-eaters, elephants, ponies, trapeze artists, and bright, upbeat music.

The circus has a strenuous schedule, as we rise at 5:45 a.m. each morning. We then drive to our next town and begin setting up as soon as we arrive. The circus can turn an empty, vacant lot into our show grounds in two hours with a crew of 10 men on the big top, plus people working with the animals, mechanics fixing broken equipment, office staff making sure all the details are correct, working with our local sponsors, and clowns going downtown to remind people we are in town.

One of our two beautiful African elephants, Barbara, helps pull up the poles on the big top, and if the lot is muddy, our elephants help us pull the trucks into position. We have our own generators and electrical department. Nearby, a water spigot provides water to the animals and house trailers. Our cook begins breakfast while the tent is going up and our first meal is served right after the big top is up, usually no later than 11:00 a.m. Meanwhile, our purchasing agents look for animal feed, human food, gasoline, and supplies for our concession wagon.

The afternoons are more relaxing. Our workers can relax, do laundry, visit the town we are playing, or practice. Our animals get afternoon baths and grooming. About 3:00pm our second meal of the day is served and then it is time to get ready for shows. We give two shows, one at 5:30pm and 7:30pm on weeknights. By 9:00pm, the second show is over and we immediately begin to disassemble the circus. By 10:30pm everything is put away and it is time to rest until the next day when we do it all over again.
