Federal Land Partners with US Open, SEA Games Golf Champion Yuka Saso

Real estate developer Federal Land, Inc. recently signed a partnership with Sterling Sports Management, the sports agency that manages Filipino-Japanese professional golfer Yuka Saso.

“We welcome Yuka Saso to represent the federal Land and its values”, declared the president of the federal Land, Alfred V. Ty.

“His Filipino-Japanese heritage is an embodiment of discipline, perseverance and excellence, which reflects Federal Land’s commitment to providing unparalleled life experiences in our developments.”

Saso has won twice in consecutive events on the Japan Ladies Professional Golf Association or LPGA Tour in 2020, winning the NEC Karuizawa 72 Golf Tournament and the Nitori Ladies Golf Tournament. In 2021, she was the first Filipina to win the Women’s US Open.

The partnership with Saso is part of numerous collaborations for the federal Land. A prime example of Federal Land’s partnerships is Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corp., a three-party joint venture with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd.

The company has developed The Seasons Residences – a premier Japanese-inspired four-tower residential development in the heart of Bonifacio Global City.
